Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates may change because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, free-shipping offers, COD charges, and any other delivery fees will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after the order is dispatched.

Correct Address Required

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and reachable phone number.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, reshipping charges may apply.
